| MOST RECENT REVIEWS | | Joshua Hewlett rated this item 5 out of 5 This is my first diabolo but I really like it so I'll give it a 5 out of 5. It is heavy, but it seems to hold its spin well.
It's true, there is not a lot of axle between the cups. The string will rub the cups in Knots/Trapeze tricks if the wraps are not bunched closely together. However, the weight of the Circus allows it to hold spin even when the strings are scrubbing the cups. Honestly, I've only ever had this diabolo wrap up on me one time. I attribute the lack of wrap-ups to the use of clean, quality string (I'm using the Henry's orange replacement string.) I have a pair of carbon fiber sticks that are thin enough to permit acceptable stick grinds. Wooden sticks are just too thick for grinds with the Circus. However, the axle tuning kits that are available for the Circus will clear up any axle gripes.
The cups are holding their shape well and seem to be able to take a lot of punishment. They do show scuff marks, but I've heard that they are pretty easy to wash. Watch out for the rubber, though. It will tear out hair if it comes in contact with you. One time I was doing side-to-side bounces with the string around my neck and the diabolo came at my face like badger on meth. I have a bald place in my beard now.
The axle hardware does not loosen during use and all of the components fit together perfectly. You can see the German engineering. I am very pleased with Henry's Circus Diabolo. | | c-man rated this item 3 out of 5 Overall very nice diabolo but one negative thing it's hard to get it to go very fast,ok balance little on the heavy side and awesome suicides. | | nextinline42 rated this item 4 out of 5 This is a very good diabolo. The wide cups will give for a good spin time and the plastic hubs will hold up well if you do bounce tricks or drop it from heights. The metal hubs are very good and mean the diabolo will be stable during grinds. My only complaints are a short axle which means grinds are difficult and finger grinds are impossible, and the fact that the cups will get marked up incredibly easy if you use them outside. Otherwise you will have a very good diabolo on your hands that should last a long time. | | A Circuis Kid rated this item 5 out of 5 Great diabolo. It is a bit on the large & heavy side if you are used to a smaller diabolo, but it gives great flight. Its pretty durable. Oh, and the neon green one is crazy easy to see in the air haha. Good for night play. | | hsfdzxc m rated this item 1 out of 5 i hate this diabolo it brakes in 2 seconds because it is plastic but it has a good long spin | | moca rated this item 4 out of 5 i saw a review about it being to sticky and im having the same problem...is there a way to fix this
good diabolo otherwise | | Peter rated this item 5 out of 5 This is the best diabolo on the market. The Finesse is good, Henry's has a few other good ones, but this diabolo is fantastic. I've been using this diabolo for 4 years, and I would recommend it to anyone at any level of experience. I've just bought my second Circus for doubles tricks, and I only wish I'd done it sooner.

Fun fact: The Green Circus Diabolo is also used by the little Chinese girls from Circus of the Sun. (Circ du' Solai I think it's spelled, but you probably already know what it is I'm trying to describe.) Which pretty much sums up everything you need to know about this Diabolo: If it's good enough to be used by Circus of the Sun's proformers, then it's good enough for you. (Why do you think it's called Circus Diabolo? I got this fun-fact from Jugglingstore's little flyer you sometimes get in your shipments with all of their products listed inside with some of the details on each.) | | [0001001100110111] rated this item 5 out of 5
If by "ball berring" you mean it only spins one way, then yes; it only spins (at least if your right handed) if the black part on the inside is facing away from you. (if your left handed (pull up and down with your left hand and hold your right hand still) then I'd assume you Juggle this with the black part facing twords you) All and all, I love this Diabolo. With the Chinese Whip Start, I've gotten this thing going for 30+seconds before I had to start it up again. I've also taught other little kids (ranging from 5-8) at my family's Boating Club how to Juggle with Diabolos and I've found this Diabolo to be extremely comfortable, fast spinning, highly-resiliant, (I've shot it a good 75+ feet into the air and caught it for kids watching, and on those rare occasions I miss and this hits the ground from that height, I've noticed no big problems with it afterwards.) (But then again, I also did it on grass, but that's still pretty durable. :) ) big enough to be seen from 200+feet away, (estimating here) and relativly cheep! I got this last winter and I've gotten more then my $50.00 out of it! I HIGHLY Recommend this product as a Serious Everything-Juggler!! | | halla rated this item 5 out of 5 is tis a ball-bering diabolo? | | Did you find these reviews helpful? |
