The SIL-X is the ultimate performers ball, it features a special liquid silicone filling which makes it perfect for foot catches, contact juggling and head rolls. The most advanced juggling ball on the market today.

The LIQUID SILICONE is unlike any kind of grain. It slides perfectly inside the ball so that even when the ball is thrown with a spin it doesn't wobble in the air. Moreover, the Silicone is injected through a very small hole allowing Play to use an almost invisible plastic tapered pin as a plug. Now made is the preferred 100mm size for contact juggling.

(Note for Curious Juggler's: Although the plug can be extracted it is extremely difficult to push it back into the ball, you should not force it inside otherwise you will not be able to recuperate it).

This is a great contact ball. Very nice size and weight for body-rolls. Not so good for isolations because a) It's kind of tacky and sticks to the skin, and b) it's got a faintly visible center ridge and nipple which can break the illusion. The liquid inside does have a tendency to make a sloshing noise if your moves aren't perfectly smooth, so it's actually a good indicator of your progress. It's also soft and not to dangerous to practice with. So far, I've hit my TV and my cat with it and they barely noticed...

Just got the ball! am extremely happy with it besides the fact that it picks up marks easily. Even though I'm new to this (contact juggling) I find this ball is easier to use than other I've tried.

A smooth roll that’s slower than the Play or MB contact juggling balls due to the Sil-X weight. This allows you to control the ball more and gives a better illusion if done right. It will get a little dirty if dropped often enough but what’s a little soap and water amongst friends huh? Some times you can feel the liquid *slide* inside, which is a relaxing feeling. The fill hole and lines are visible to *you* because you’re holding it, but not to the audience. Over all, if you like a weighted ball that is smooth, controllable and do not roll too quickly like a run-a-away kid, then this ball if for you. My other contact balls, Play and MB are lighter and quicker, even though the Play is heavier than the MB. In comparison the Sil-X has a better control factor, and trains you to handle faster moving balls (lighter) because you have a better training aid to teach your arms, hands and other body parts control so when you get to a faster ball, you already know the proper position. But don’t get me wrong, this is a *professional* ball that beginners can learn and grow with. They are *sticky* meaning they have a good grip that may not slip off your skin as easily, but you can’t do any *palm squeezes* as easily if at all. I prefer more color options and wish they would stay in stock since they know they are so popular. By the way: No color option does not mean there’s a malfunction on the site, it means *Out of Stock.* Request an email when they get a supply in.

I've got a smaller Sil-X ball that is *amazing* for contact juggling, but I'd like to get this size. This is the only site I've found that sells them that wouldn't result in an international shipping charge. I'd love to know when they're back in stock!

ive owned one i like it i need a new one the old one got run over =/ but is says choose color and well i can't sooo....any one know how i can fix it?

Just bought the white ball..plug is sort of visible and the line in the middle is too, a few meters away and they re not so not such a problem, marks VERY EASY i had it for 2 days and already stained all over it..is there a way to clean it? if someone knows please tell!...other than that really nice ball works for body rolls AND isolations..Loving the ball.

Great ball for practice. Feels great, good for catches and doesn't roll away as much. It does take some getting used to. Downsides though: Plug is visible but not too bad. It picks up dirt and marks VERY easily. Made the mistake of setting it on some papers I have on my desk and now there is a big black spot where the laser toner has bonded to the ball. So take special care where you leave it. And finally, the plug on my orange one leaks a little bit, especially when dropped or squeezed. Not enough to worry about but i do notice it. All around though, very good ball and fun to play with.
