I'll be honest, I've beaten the living crud outta this plate. And it still performs as good as the first day I received it. The main advantage to this plate is the plastic used. It has a superior flexibility you don't see in other plates. The spin time is excellent. Perfect for beginners, or those who already know every angle you can spin it.
