I bought the 1 pound version of these to learn how to juggle. I find them easier to control in the air than the (much lighter) bean bags I have. I was skeptical about the way the two pieces of plastic they consist of are molded together but so far (3 months) they didn't split. | | Gabriel rated this item 2 out of 5
These balls are not made well enough to be juggled. Within 2 weeks, 2 of the balls bust open and spilled the little lead balls they're filled with, and this happened just by dropping them on the grass.
They're also dangerous to juggle with. If you juggle too long you will find that your tendons hurt the following day, and in serious cases can lead to tendonisis which can last for years. So, would you guys say that these balls really DO build muscle? One thing that I've noticed with Juggling is that while I have more hand-eye-corridnation (bare with me, I'm at work and have no spell check) then my friends who play sports, and can do alot of other hand dextaritive feats (magic tricks, pick-pocketing (figure of speach really. I only do it with friends at partys and groupings where I openly announce I'm going to be doing it and see if they can feel me "liberate" a acessory from their person without their feeling it.) but I don't have NEAR the muscle as my friends, which is a pretty big off-set. =( But if I could Juggle (which I carry around a ball sack (no pun intended) of 3-5 balls where ever I go just for those "Spurr-of-the-Moment" times when there's a bunch of people around and I feel like showing off.) AND build muscle at the same time, AND train my arms for better controll with my other props.... This is like a dream come true for me!!! O_O | | Nick F rated this item 5 out of 5
