JugglingStore.com and the Magic Geek accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also ship with a prepaid money order sent to the JugglingStore.com made payable to the Magic Geek.



Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is available to help you find the product that best fits your needs.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns on: 

  • Blister-packed items once opened.
  • Videos/DVDs once opened. 
  • Scratched, Scuffed or Used Items.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. You can obtain by calling an RA# by calling JugglingStore.com customer service at (877) 232-4411 (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST).  Please note that an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ALL returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and all components, manuals included. ALL products that are returned incomplete, or damaged may NOT be accepted. If accepted, they will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Our 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to special order items.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of the original ship date by calling 1-877-232-4411 (toll-free within the US) or local or international calls:1-805-275-4507.

  2. Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#: Original order number (located on invoice slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name and daytime telephone number.

  3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included.

  4. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground.

  7. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package and on the inside with your phone number and name. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Delivery Attempts
UPS will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes
By leaving a signed note giving UPS permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished Magic Geek and UPS of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

Magic Geek and JugglingStore.com are not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
